DocuBalance

Partnerships & Press

We partner with accounting firms, fintech platforms, bookkeeping services, and media who are solving the same problem: turning bank statements into clean, actionable data. Tell us what you have in mind — we read every message.

DocuBalance uses OCR technology to extract transactions from bank and card statement PDFs, then optionally applies AI Smart Tagging to categorize them automatically. Everything runs in the browser with zero data retention — files are deleted instantly after processing. Fair page counting means you only pay for pages with real data. If you serve accountants, bookkeepers, or business owners, we're open to integrations, co-marketing, referrals, and partnerships where users benefit directly.

For press, podcasts, and speaking, share your outlet, audience, deadline, and the angle you're exploring (examples: OCR & AI in accounting workflows, how accountants save time, data privacy in finance tools, or automation for bookkeepers). We don't guarantee coverage for every request, but we respond quickly when a story is a good fit.

Please do not send confidential or full statement PDFs in first contact; describe your use case and we will steer you to the right next step. For anything sensitive, use the Contact page or the secure channels we agree on after introduction.

Before you write

Include this if you can

  • Company or outlet name, website, and your role
  • One paragraph on the partnership idea (integrations, co-marketing, affiliate) or story angle (OCR/AI, automation, privacy, accounting workflows)
  • For partnerships: rough timeline, volume expectations, and user base (accountants, bookkeepers, founders, platforms)
  • For press: deadline, publication/audience size, and whether you need a product demo or quote

What happens next

  1. We read it

A real person triages partnership and press mail — usually within a few business days.

  2. We follow up

If there is a fit, we suggest a call or share next steps (NDA, tech scoping, or quotes).

  3. We stay honest

If the timing or strategy is not right, we will say so — no endless maybe pile.
